The Ravens were awful on offense in this game and that’s the reason for the beating they took against the Bengals.  Steve McNair started the game but he was awful and was yanked late in the game.  He completed 17 of 26 passes for 128 yards with 1 interception and he lost 2 fumbles.  He was replaced by Kyle Boller who completed 6 of 8 passes for 89 yards and a interception.  Willis McGahee carried the football 17 times for 60 yards (3.5 ypc) with a TD and he also caught 2 passes for 10 yards.  Mark Clayton led all Ravens receivers with 8 catches for 107 yards (13.4 avg).

The defense was placed in bad situations this whole game due to the offense turning the football over.  Ray Lewis led the defense with 10 tackles and a sack as the Ravens kept the Bengals out of the end zone in this game.  The Bengals finished up with 70 yards rushing on 34 carries (2.1 ypc) and they also completed 23 of 34 passes for 256 yards.
